Leslie & Devin

In the spirit of the upcoming spring, I wanted to include another one of our favorites that we designed florals for from April of 2018. Can you tell I haven’t blogged in a while? Just because we are in 2020 doesn’t mean I am not gonna recap and skip over my 2018 brides!

This one really reflected the spring ethereal feel. Trees were blooming all around the Tennessee RiverPlace and we took that as inspiration to really utilize those delicate spring flowers. Each time the dogwoods bloom in the spring, I have an internal debate about naming it my favorite flower. So I was elated to be able to include them any way I could for Leslie’s design. Leslie had a bubbly nature and was so fun to work with. She wanted pops of color mixed into her spring palette and I think it really complimented the rest of her decor and design. Other spring blooms that we used were ranunculus, anemones, crab apple blooms, and flowering elaeagnus.

You wouldn’t know it but we had to go with Plan B for their ceremony. They had originally planned to have their ceremony out in the field at Tennessee Riverplace, but because of the rain, we improvised and headed to the back patio. But that back patio did not disappoint with its twinkling lights and long layout. It was so unique and turned out so beautiful! Check it out for yourself below!
